How do I place an order?
Currently Orders can be placed via any of the following ways. Once order details are confirmed we will issue you an invoice.​

How do I pay for my order?
Our payment options are by Bank Transfer or credit/debit card.

We accept Master Card or Visa Card - payments must be made online via the link sent with your invoice (merchant fees apply).

For Bank Transfer payments, our details can be found in the invoice email as well as at the bottom of your invoice. Please make sure to note your invoice number as reference when making the transfer.
Where do you deliver to and how much is shipping?
We deliver across all states of Australia mainland. Shipping is from $10.00.

As a guide Australia Post pricing will apply. Actual cost varies depending on the size and destination of your order and will be advised of with order invoicing. From time to time we also use local courier companies for shipping of your order.

We offer free, complimentary delivery for orders to an *address within 12kms of Cockburn Central, Perth Western Australia 6164.
*We are unable to offer any other free shipping/delivery at this stage. -
Pick up can be arranged. Once your order is ready we'll be in touch to organise a time for you to collect.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! When you place your order let us know you'd like to pick up. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will be in touch to organise a time for you to collect.
Where are you located?
We are based in Perth Western Australia, in the Cockburn area.
As an online only business, we don't have a physical store for you to visit however with none of the overheads associated with a physical store this helps keep our prices low and competitive.
How do I add customisation to my items?
If you know the type of customisation you need, include this when you email through your order and include any variations you might need (i.e., if you need the artwork in more than one size, or in different colours etc). Note which items require which design and we will add it to your invoice.

Can I purchase items blank, undecorated?
Yes. With the exception of AS Colour, Nike and our MBD range of items, all other brands can be purchased blank.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders, blank or decorated, are processed once payment has been received on our end.

For blank items: your order is generally dispatched within 2-7 working days. If you're ordering multiple brands we will collate them at our office and dispatch to you together in one shipment. Whilst we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible this sometimes adds a day or two to the delivery time.

For customised items: this will generally take between 1-4 weeks to complete plus delivery time once your order has been dispatched.
